Very professional and personable It was my first time there and they made me feel welcome. I was confident I was in good hands.

My Acura was giving me issues starting at certain periods of the day. It was going on for a couple of weeks. I Couldnt figure out what was causing the issue. I knew it was something I wouldnt be able to take care of on my own. I called Dansons auto repair and described over the phone what was going on with the car, they were really busy, but let me know it was okay for me to bring my car in. They were going to look at my car as soon as they were done with the automobiles they were working on at the moment. I was in no hurry to get my car back so I left it there and wanted to give them as much time as they needed. They narrowed it down to the starter being the issue that I was having. They replaced the starter, tested it and let me know the car was ready to be picked up. I cannot Thank Dansens Auto Repair enough for their excellent customer service, communication and professionalism both in the office and their awesome Technicians.
