Excellent Service at Dansens Auto Repair in Waianae! I want to give a huge shout-out to Dansens Auto Repair in Waianae, Hawaii, for their outstanding service! The staff was extremely professional, kind, patient, and helpful. I was unable to renew my safety check, and unfortunately, I had also forgotten to renew my vehicle registration. With everything going on and having to deal with two funerals, it completely slipped my mind. The staff at Dansens went above and beyond to help me through the paperwork and explain everything I needed to do. They had me in and out quickly and on my way to the DMV to get my registration renewed. Once I completed everything at the DMV, I returned to Dansens to finish my paperwork. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and another appointment at 8:30 a.m. for my other vehicle, and Dansens worked with me every step of the way. They took great care to make sure I understood what was needed and provided a complete explanation regarding my registration and safety check. I also want to give a shout-out to the ladies at the Waianae DMV. They were also very helpful and provided great service.
