My Acura was giving me issues starting at certain periods of the day. It was going on for a couple of weeks. I Couldnt figure out what was causing the issue. I knew it was something I wouldnt be able to take care of on my own. I called Dansons auto repair and described over the phone what was going on with the car, they were really busy, but let me know it was okay for me to bring my car in. They were going to look at my car as soon as they were done with the automobiles they were working on at the moment. I was in no hurry to get my car back so I left it there and wanted to give them as much time as they needed. They narrowed it down to the starter being the issue that I was having. They replaced the starter, tested it and let me know the car was ready to be picked up. I cannot Thank Dansens Auto Repair enough for their excellent customer service, communication and professionalism both in the office and their awesome Technicians. I truly appreciate the aloha and efficiency at Dansen's. I booked my safety check appt with Shiloh several days in advance; she was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived for my appt, another lovely lady helped me (so sorry I didn't get her name). I waited in the waiting room for just 10 minutes...say what?! I've had appts elsewhere for safety checks that I've waited several hours for them to even start to look at my car, even though I had an appt. Mahalo nui to the mechanics and the rest of the Dansen's ohana for great service!
