Dansen's Auto Repair as all other automotive repair and related businesses, is considered an essential business and is exempt from the Hawaii ‘Stay At Home’ order. Therefore, WE WILL REMAIN OPEN in order for us to perform services essential to maintaining and repairing our customer’s vehicles. Please see below on some changes that will take place:

Here are some precautions we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers and team:

  1. A protection shield has been placed at both service windows to protect both the customers and office workers. (see photo below)
  2. Seats in our waiting area have been placed strategically away from each other.
  3. Taping on the floor clearly designates where to stand when waiting in line.
  4. Throughout the day, all highly touched common areas, chairs, door knobs, counters and glass display cases are wiped down using disinfectant wipes.
  5. All of the customer's keys are wiped down as well as other administrative supplies used such as pens, clip boards, office supplies.
  6. Technicians must wear PPE gloves and masks at all times. Gloves will be changed between each vehicle to avoid cross contamination.
  7. Technicians will wipe down all handles of the vehicles, inside and out, steering wheel, shifter and all areas they touch on the vehicles.
