Recently did a oil change at a oil change facility and was told I had a leak and where it was located. Called and talked to Annie who set everything up for my appointment time and day. Dropped off my car and was given a estimate on time and day of completion. Annie called later to say they found what was really wrong and it was nothing to do with what the other place said. They also found some other problems that the previous owner never disclosed to me. Annie explained everything clearly to me and said which repairs had to be done. They fixed the leak and my car was ready the next morning. The other repairs that I need to do will defiantly be done at Dansen's. They are very professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to work with you. Dansen's really treat you like family.

Just needed tire pressure checked and filled. Everyone was super courteous and friendly. Amy at the reception checked me. Brandon checked & filled all the tires and reset the maint. light. Dansen even came out to say Hi and talk story. No charge. They are so nice and thorough. Hawaii 30 years ago! Thank You.

Trust is a big issue these days. I totally trust Dansens expertise & professionalism to keep me safe. So glad he's my one & only mechanic!💝🌈💝

They completed the oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter in the time frame that they said they would.

Call me crazy, but something as simple as a safety check gives me anxiety. I have always had bad experiences. But dansens was beyond awesome. My registration had expired and they helped me set up an appointment to get that taken care of ( I didn’t even ask for that but they still helped) the safety check was painless and so quick. Start to finish I was there 15 min. You can go after 1:00 but before 4:00 without an appointment (I suggest going as close to 1:00 as possible because it did start to get busy. ) highly recommend, they have a nice air conditioned area you can wait in while they service your car.

Called Dansen's and the operator was polite and helpful with setting up an appointment. I had an engine light and some trouble getting my truck started at times plus I had a dipstick handle broken which made the stick stuck in the oil reservoir tube. The front desk employee kindly offered to fix that problem since I needed an oil change as well. They removed the dipstick and replaced it with a new one and they found that my O2 sensor was disconnected which apparently caused my issue. They reconnected the sensor and changed my oil and my truck is as good as new. This was great because I took my truck in to another place before and they quoted me for replacing components that didn't even need replaced. Danson saved me big $$. Would highly recommend
