I made a late appointment and they fit my car in. More importantly, they were very patient with an elderly customer that didn't quite understand what they needed to do. The assistant didn't get mad, she just kept repeating what he needed to do in different phrasing until it sunk in. It was rewarding to see such patience.

Dropped the car off in the morning, with many repairs to complete and picked it up in the evening. I was informed of what needed to be repaired and why. I am very satisfied with Dansen, my family have been taking their cars there for maintenance for as long as I can remember. Highly recommended.

Ladies checking me in were nice and explained everything in detail about what was scheduled to be done to check my car. Even Dansens son came and talked to me and asked me questions pertaining to my problem with my car. I know Dansen over 25 years and if I had any problem with my vehicle’s that I couldn’t do myself I would pay him a visit.
