Okay. Let's get this out of the way right up front. Dansens isn't a discount auto-repair facility. In my opinion, however (based upon several years working in the auto-repair and parts industry), they offer good value for the cost of their services. I'm a picky customer with an emotional attachment to my car. While my 20-year-old vehicle is really nothing special, they treated me and it as if it were a costly antique. Their facility is clean and orderly (a clue to defining a quality car-repair business by any measure), their waiting room is also spotless (and air conditioned!), the customer-service staff is friendly, patient and communicative, and their service staff seems (by example of their completed actions) competent and capable. I was very pleased with the repairs and servicing my vehicle received (battery, alternator, and drive-belt replacement, and radiator flush and refill), and the timely completion of the job. I would recommend Dansens to anyone with a car-repair or servicing need.
